This form is for people whose Facebook accounts have been disabled due to inactivity for a lengthy time. You can use this form to reclaim your Facebook account if you didn’t open it after it was temporarily disabled.
Simply open the form and provide the necessary information. Attach the required papers and send it, then wait for your account to become active again.
After you’ve completed the form, it may take up to a week for it to be reviewed, so you should wait at least a week before proceeding. Also, keep an eye on your emails since once you’ve submitted the appeal, Facebook may send you an email with the activation status. You can verify if your Facebook account has been reactivated by logging in.
